Forgotten password. Click the forgot-password link on this page. We send a reset link to your email. The link expires in subject to verification. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email address you used to open the account, contact our support team.

Account locked after multiple failed attempts. For security, your account locks after five wrong password attempts. Wait subject to verification and try again. If the lock persists, reset your password via the forgot-password link.

Login from an unrecognised location or device. We may ask you to verify your email before granting access. Check your inbox for a verification code. This code is valid for subject to verification.

How we keep your login secure

Your password is encrypted the moment you enter it. We do not store it in a readable form and cannot recover it. Password reset is the only way to create a new password. When you log in from a new device, we may send a verification email. This email contains a one-time code valid for subject to verification. Your session cookie expires after 30 days of inactivity or when you sign out. We monitor for suspicious login patterns—multiple failed attempts, logins from new countries, or attempts from blacklisted IP addresses—and can freeze your account temporarily.

Your email address is private and used only for password resets and account notifications. We do not share it with third parties. If you change your email address, you must verify the new one before it becomes active. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for all ace77 accounts. Your account is yours.
